I signed up to try Office 365 and was informed I could cancel. This is not true, I tried to cancel and I was told that if I wanted to cancel I had to agree to have all my information shared with outside organizations. I declined that and was not allowed to cancel. I spoke to a support person and was told he could not change that and could not cancel my subscription.

Hi, I am trying to create a script for easily managing office 365 via power shell. I am stuck on checking for available licences on the office 365 server. This is what I have at the moment.

What caused "Word Web App ran into a problem opening the document" with documents generated with a worfkflow and how do I fix it
As the title says, I have a problem with my Office 365 site and the documents created using a List Workflow.
I set the site up over a year ago with a single List workflow that created a set of documents based upon some Word templates whenever a list item was created.
This worked perfectly well for a year and then around December 2012 things started going wrong.
I say "around December" as it took a while for word to reach me from the users that there was a problem.
Initially, the workflow was creating unopenable documents and then later, stopped working altogether.
After checking the forums, I discovered that Microsoft had updated the servers around that time.
I was unable to locate/edit my workflow until I had updated my Sharepoint Designer to 2013.
I did so and was able to open my workflow.
Once I republished, the workflow started running again but the documents created resulted in the error message mentioned above when I tried to open the documents in the browser.
If I downloaded the docs instead and tried to open them, they were un-openable. The desktop icon had an empty document logo and the properties suggested that there were no words, lines etc.
The documents are created from some predefined document templates that are populated with approx 1000 words and in fact, if I try and create documents using the same content type in the same library, I am able to create, open, edit, close, open, edit without a problem.
So it's not the content type.
I created a new workflow to create a document from the same content type and it too results in an error when trying to open.
More googling mentioned permissions.
Sadly, I am unable to locate any logs on the Office 365 site so I am now officially at a dead end.
I have tried everything I can think of and am no further than I was in December.
I should say that I am maintaining this site for my wife's small business in my spare time and so it has had to take a back seat (hence a March 2013 plea) but she has had just about enough of having to delete the documents that I create for her automatically and then create them again manually.
Please MSFT, could you help? Or anyone else for that matter.

cutover migration issue - 1 user not syncing
Hi-
I am migrating 6 mailboxes from Exchange 2007 running on SBS 2008 to office 365. I've verified the domain, created the mailboxes on office365, confirmed that outlook anywhere is functional, created the migration endpoint and began the migration. So far, I've successfully synced 5 of 6 users, but one mailbox continues to not sync. It has not synced any email, the mailbox on the office 365 end is empty. I've tested Outlook Anywhere with this account specifically and it is functional. After 5 hours, the migration on this mailbox fails. I've restarted the cutover migration 3 times, but it continues to not sync.
Can you point me to any troubleshooting methods that might fix this issue?

Issues accessing Emails in Outlook 2011 (What is Server Info?, Auto Config doesnt work)
I am having issues getting my emails to work in my outlook 2011 on my Mac and my iphone.
I can view my emails in the webapp, but I dont know how to setup anything else.
I have used these instructions to automatically set it up, but I cant access it.

I am used to getting server information and I type that in and away I go. I find this whole thing very confusing.
I tried setting up in Outlook using automatic configuration and this is the error I get.
Account cannot be added. Note that Outlook 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 4 or later.

I cant set it up automatically in my configuration in outlook, so I have been inputting that information as my server info. That doesnt work.
I just need to know what I need to do to get it working in my outlook and iphone.

I have two sites, separate accounts, both P1. One site has Site Collection Administration and I am able to see 'All Files' in sharepoint 2010, but the other site does not show Site Collection in the settings so I cannot see 'All Files'. Please advise. I need to upload an html file in order to get Google webmaster verification and cannot do so without access to All Files.
