Can't sync SkyDrive with my machine

Hi. On SkyDrive when I click "Sync" to sync a copy of everything on my local machine I get the error message, "No apps are installed to open this type of link (grvopen) / Look for an app in the Store."

I'm using Windows 8 and I've installed my own copy of Office 2013.
