In my office, my boss has his assistant manages his email from her computer outlook. So she is practically has full access to his email, calendar, contact, etc.
I setup and give her full permission to access his mailbox according to this article: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/ee441202.aspx and everything is working fine
However, when she replies or send an email from his mailbox from her outlook, it does not show "Send on Behalf" at all. everytime she sends and email or replies to an email in his mailbox, it shows her name instead of his.
Can someone please show me how to make "send on behalf" work?
