I just signed up for Office 365 trial and is using Outlook 2013 to send/receive my Outlook.com emails. However, I noticed that I can only receive my Outlook.com email but cannot send. All emails I try to send are "stuck" at the Outbox.
I confirm that I have STRONG internal access. Outlook 2013 says it's connected to the server and I'm still receiving emails only. Outlook 2013 keeps trying to send my emails but they still stays at Outbox and there is no error message!!!!
Please assist ASAP.
