trouble with 1&1 setup

I am trying to setup my email but i can not seem to recieve any emails. What i have done so far:

1: I have veryfied that the doman in mine (mysite.com)
2: Have requested to keep my website hosted where it currently is so have entered the FQDN: (mysite.com) and thi shave been veryfied.
3:i have updated the end of the email to @mysite.com
4: have added all users
5: have changed the DNS settings for mysite.com to ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com and ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com.

I have completed the process and passed all 5 steps but still no email. I have read other posts and have tred adding the subdomain msXXXXXXX.mysite.com and still no luck.

Could someone please help me by posting what the settings are for mysite.com DNS and other subdomains.
