I am being inundated with staf not being ble access ffolders that they previously could. has there been a change in settings recently.many thanks.

Over the past week, i have received calls from staff who are no longer able to access parts of 365. I have made no changes to personal profiiles and I am hopeful someone can tell me what is occurring.
