When i try to access visio file through sharepoint online service (office 365) i get an error saying Sorry, you don't have a license to use Visio Graphics Service. Please contact your help desk.

I am an office 365 small business user.

I have uploaded visio (office 2013) files to sharepoint server. I have licenced version of Visio 2013.

When attempting to access the files in sharepoint the sahrepoinrt server states: Sorry, you don't have a license to use Visio Graphics Service. Please contact your help desk.

Can I setup Visio Graphics Service on sharepoint online service?
