Cloud Partner IUR

We are the cloud partner and has signed up for Office365 E3 trial last year using the partner account. The trial has expired this week. We follow the steps provided in the partner site to activate our IUR license. The account is activated but upon verifying the status of the license, we realised that it is still showing the E3 Trial License and expired. The status is now "Reduced Functionality"

 

We are just switch one of the domain to Office365, please help to advise else we would need to go through the hassle of resetting up the domain emails again.
