I have a trial of Office365.. all was going so well. I managed to register one of my domains, and create a user with one of the trial licenses, so far so good. I can log into the portal as the user and see the outlook on line..
I have been through the 'Desktop Setup' process and am now trying to set up the email account.
As per the instructions, I put in the email address and password in the new account panel (the same as I would log into the portal).. I then keep getting a windows security popup box that asks for the password over and over and the account never gets set up on my local outlook 2010. On my mac, it took about 5 seconds to set it all up in Mac Mail, no problem.
We are an NGO with non technical users dotted around the world. If it is this much drama to set up an email account it will not be viable for us.. and I was getting all excited.
Maybe I am doing something stupid?
