When setting up employee's android based phones to recieve email and sync calendars some have to be set to m.outlook.com while others require outlook.office365.com????

When setting up email and calendar sync on employee android based phones outlook.office365.com server settings do not work on all phones. Some have to be set to m.outlook.com. For example the Samsung Galaxy s4 works with outlook.office365 while the HTC doesn't and requires m.outlook.com.
