I purchased an Office 365 Home Premium Key (5 Users) after initiating a trial of Office 365 Small Business (10 users). In both instances I used the same email address and contact details. At the time of installing office 365 I used the Key I had purchased to activate. However MS records only show that I am registered for the Office 365 10 User and not the 45 User. How then do I deactivate the 10 User and activate the 5 User. The MS system seems to work on purchases done directly through them and not purchased from external computer stores which is what happened in this instance.
