Can I use MSOnline powershell commands to manage "Lync Online Plan 2" Australia"

Hi guys,

My company will set up this plan for a customer and would be beneficial to manage O365 accounts via Powershell.

I know Lync Online does not allow PS yet but I'm not interested on it at the moment. My concern is being able to manage users, passwords, details etc in Powershell.
