Bought a new computer. Installed Office 2007. Everything works on it but Outlook! Talked with a service rep today from Microsoft, she said I have to contact Dell. Since I could only understand about half of what she said, I think she thought that it was a copy that was sold with another computer. It's an OEM version which I have used on the previous 2 computers I've owned, which are now setting idle and unplugged in my basement. I'm pretty sure it has to do with Exchange or outlook connector. Then when I when I was searching for a cure, I came upon Office Live, which I don't think I have used in years, unless it's automatically still holding an email account as well for the same name. That stems back to OLSB. I'm really confused as to what works and what doesn't and why? Can anyone suggest the best way for me to get this all straightened out?
