Dear Customer Services,
I have paid for the extension of the Office 365 for one year, and confirmed the validity of the use of the licence expires on May 1, 2014.
But I received a reminded from your system that the trial period of the program will expire within 7 day. I noticed that I have problems in receiving the email since then.
Please advise and confirm that the use of the licence will not be interrupted, as I do not expect to have such problems of my business email address.
