For 4 days I've been trying to get the 30 day free trial version of 2010. I called the technical support 3 times. The first time he gave me bad information. The second time the tech hung up on me. And the third time this person put me on hold and never returned. This is a new laptop. I had it for 2 weeks and I can not get anyone to help me. If I new this product came with all these problems I would not had purchased it. Microsoft technical support is not helpful. Generally I'm a very patient person. This process has been a challenge. Can anyone help? Free isn't free. There's a cost to everything.
