We made the switch from our old hosting account to Office 365, but now it's working for a little while and then going back to the old one for a little while, a lot of back-and-forth and it's causing some bounced emails. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Is there a setting I can put in my web-host to direct all mail directly there (assuming it isn't being routed through the Exchange Server yet but somehow directly to the website's IP)? -- just wondering if there's anything i can do on my end to make this transition a little more smooth for the people in my office. Thanks!
